Fases del Contrato

Etapa Preoperativa

Duración: 5 años
Consta de dos fases: Preconstrucción (1 año) y construcción.
Corre a partir de la fecha de inicio hasta la fecha en que se suscribe el acta de inicio de la fase de construcción. La fase de construcción culmina cuando se suscribe la última acta de terminación de Unidad Funcional, para dar por terminada la Etapa Preoperativa (mayo de 2024).

Etapa de Operación y Mantenimiento

Duración: 20 años
Inicia con la suscripción de la última acta de terminación de Unidad Funcional (mayo de 2024) y se extiende hasta la fecha de terminación de la etapa de operación y mantenimiento.

Etapa de Reversión

Inicia cuando finaliza la etapa de Operación y Mantenimiento o antes si se declara la terminación anticipada del contrato. El corredor vial vuelve a manos del Estado.
